Advance your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by supporting early elementary students and dedicated teams in a full-time contract role for the 20262027 school year. Based conveniently near Steger, IL, youll work directly with K-1 students, making a positive impact through specialized behavioral services.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Demonstrated experience in applied behavior analysis within school environments
- Strong knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and development/implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Proven skills overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with staff and families, and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with early childhood or elementary caseloads highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop individualized BIPs for students
- Conduct FBAs and collaborate with school teams on intervention planning
- Provide close supervision and training to RBTs supporting student services
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and inform ongoing interventions
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Support professional development activities for staff as needed
