Job Description

Empower students and educators by providing expert support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a vibrant school community. Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working within school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and data analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments for students identified for behavioral support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Consult with teachers and support staff to model best practices and provide hands-on guidance
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Train and coach staff in behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and updates on student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
