Empower students and educators by providing expert support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a vibrant school community. Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Strong skills in functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments for students identified for behavioral support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Consult with teachers and support staff to model best practices and provide hands-on guidance
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Train and coach staff in behavior management techniques and strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and updates on student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
