Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience providing behavioral support in an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices

  • Skill in training staff and educators on behavioral interventions
  • Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, school support staff, and families
  • Provide ongoing training and consultation to teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate case documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
  • Support positive behavioral outcomes for students with a range of needs
