Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in Stamford, CT, offering the chance to work with K-12 students across multiple school sites. This travel position involves providing expert behavioral support and intervention services within a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior analytic strategies to support students social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
  • Provide training and consultation to educators and caregivers to enhance behavior management skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Connecticut BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations.
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, data collection, and intervention planning.
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites to support caseload requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
