We are seeking a professional with an active BCBA certification in the state of Connecticut, passionate about applied behavior analysis in educational settings. Desired Qualifications:
- Current CT BCBA certification
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple school sites
- Effective collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
- Record of success developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing strategy
- Provide consultation and training for school staff and families
- Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers
- Support a varied K-12 student population with differing needs
