Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting K-12 students in the vibrant Stamford, CT area. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a talented team of BCBAs while making a direct impact across an entire district. With a consistent daytime schedule, youll work closely with other specialists to assess, develop, and oversee individualized behavioral interventions for students with a wide range of needs.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Connecticut BCBA and LBA credentials required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Background in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans for students across multiple schools
- Collaborate with a team of approximately five BCBAs, ensuring quality and consistency in district-wide services
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to 1:1 RBTs, guiding implementation of individualized programming
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform strategies
- Partner with teachers, families, and school personnel to support positive student outcomes
- Stay current on best practices, maintaining compliance with state and district protocols
