Job Description
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in Bridgeport, CT, supporting K-12 students across a school district. This contract role offers a 32.5-hour workweek over 5 days, providing an opportunity to collaborate within a team of approximately five BCBAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise 1:1 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Monitor and adjust behavioral strategies based on data and student progress
Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut BCBA certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
