Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in Bridgeport, CT, supporting K-12 students across a school district. This contract role offers a 32.5-hour workweek over 5 days, providing an opportunity to collaborate within a team of approximately five BCBAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise 1:1 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
  • Monitor and adjust behavioral strategies based on data and student progress

Qualifications:

  • Valid Connecticut BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Bridgeport, CT (district-wide coverage)
