Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed at a school setting in Greenwich, CT. This contract position involves providing behavioral services to elementary-aged students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support positive student outcomes
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior plans
  • Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions
  • Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior management strategies

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school environment preferred
