Job Description
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed at a school setting in Greenwich, CT. This contract position involves providing behavioral services to elementary-aged students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support positive student outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior plans
- Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior management strategies
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail and professionalism
