Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (must include proof)
- Strong background in school-based BCBA/Autism interventions
- Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and crafting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Proven success coaching teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites (reliable transportation required)
- Successful completion of a drug screen and fingerprint/background check
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite behavior consultation across four schools
- Conduct FBAs and develop targeted BIPs for students with autism
- Offer instructional coaching and support to classroom staff
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Ensure timely, effective communication and advocate for student needs
