Desired Experience:

• BCBA certification and active license required
• Background supporting school-aged children, with a strong focus on middle school
• Experience with autism programming; LINKS program knowledge a plus
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Exceptional organization, time management, and data-driven progress monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to coach educators in evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services within the LINKS Autism Program (middle school caseload only)
• Develop and implement intervention plans and monitor student progress across five campuses
• Work closely with educators, supporting them in best practices and the use of data collection systems
• Ensure compliance with program standards and school policies
