A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a school setting. This contract position offers the chance to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies to help students improve outcomes in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior supports
- Provide ongoing training and consultation to school personnel
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines related to behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably schools
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation
