Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior supports

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines related to behavior analysis

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working in educational settings, preferably schools
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation
