As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role across multiple campuses, providing vital direct and consultative services exclusively to students on the autism spectrum. This contract position offers the chance to make a transformative difference in academic and social outcomes for students while collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.
This role requires strong time management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to implement and monitor evidence-based practices with precision. An onsite presence is essential, ensuring meaningful communication and hands-on involvement throughout the school year.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid and active BCBA certification/licensure
- Prior experience in school settings and with autism support services
- Proficiency in time management and organization
- Ability to guide educators in evidence-based interventions
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
Key Responsibilities:
