Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in a school or educational setting highly preferred
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of data collection methods and progress monitoring
- Commitment to culturally competent and student-centered practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Train, guide, and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators on the implementation of strategies
- Collect, analyze, and report data to measure the effectiveness of interventions
- Provide ongoing consultation to staff and families to ensure consistent and supportive behavioral practices
- Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and keep appropriate documentation
