Job Description

Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students district-wide in a full-time BCBA position for the entire 2026-2027 school year. As the onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst, youll have an opportunity to create transformative change and lead a dedicated team of behavior support associates across the district. This contract-based opportunity lets you make a tangible impact working face-to-face with students and staffvirtual work is not an option, ensuring your expertise is applied where its needed most.

What Youll Need to Bring:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain a Washington State BCBA license
  • Completion or willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Experience supporting K-12 students, ideally across a range of grade and ability levels
  • Proven skills in data-driven assessment, individualized program development, and intervention strategy implementation
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff, particularly behavior support associates, is strongly preferred
  • Commitment to exclusively onsite work; remote/virtual applicants will not be considered

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting behavior assessments and creating individualized intervention plans for students across the district
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support program implementation and student success
  • Providing ongoing mentorship and supervision for behavior support associates district-wide
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensuring all interventions adhere to ethical and regulatory standards
