What You'll Need:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proven experience working with students in school or educational settings
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant laws and guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and draft data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of interventions
  • Provide ongoing training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure each childs success
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation for all services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help shape individualized goals
