Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting located in South Yarmouth, MA. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to help create positive learning environments and support individualized student needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective behavior strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and policies

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage case load effectively and meet deadlines
