A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a school located in South Yarmouth, MA. This role focuses on implementing behavioral support and intervention plans to improve student outcomes and promote positive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and demonstrate student progress
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management strategies
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
