Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Valid, current BCBA licensure (state requirements must be met)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst, credentialed to work in a school setting
  • Ability to work full-time onsite for the 2026-2027 school year
  • Flexibility to adapt to different grade levels and school environments as the caseload location and specifics are finalized

Primary Responsibilities

  • Onsite support and behavioral analysis for students (caseload and locations will be assigned by district)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Deliver high-quality care and adapt strategies to evolving school needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.50 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
