Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification or a highly experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Valid professional licenses according to state and discipline regulations.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and interaction with students, educators, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative behavioral analytic services in accordance with IEPs and school initiatives.
  • Guide and oversee student progress within the ABLE program, ensuring interventions are data-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to support positive behavioral development.
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports across the assigned caseload.
  • Uphold professionalism while adhering to privacy and ethical guidelines in all student interactions.
