Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the South Holland, IL area for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This onsite role offers a blend of professional growth and the ability to make a real impact on students and school communities. Working approximately 32.5 hours per week, youll be part of a collaborative special education environment, with caseload details and specific school assignments finalized prior to your start.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA licensure with all state and discipline-specific credentials required.
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, with the flexibility to support varying grade levels.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and behavior intervention planning skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families.
- Adaptable to evolving caseload sizes and locations within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans.
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students based on individualized needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and therapists, to support student success.
- Deliver training and support for staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Monitor and document student progress, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate behavioral goals.
