Job Description

Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the South Holland, IL area for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Working approximately 32.5 hours per week, youll be part of a collaborative special education environment, with caseload details and specific school assignments finalized prior to your start.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA licensure with all state and discipline-specific credentials required.
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, with the flexibility to support varying grade levels.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and behavior intervention planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families.
  • Adaptable to evolving caseload sizes and locations within the district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans.
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students based on individualized needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and therapists, to support student success.
  • Deliver training and support for staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate behavioral goals.
