Qualifications:

  • Current MA Special Education Teacher license (Severe Disabilities preferred) OR BCBA credential
  • Experience working with PreK-2 students with autism, developmental delays, and limited verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with AAC devices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support for students in an intensive needs program
  • Develop and implement effective IEPs and behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
