This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a school setting in Somerville, MA. The role is contract-based and involves working directly with students to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, ensuring positive outcomes in educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management strategies
- Monitor and document student progress through data collection and analysis
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
