This full-time contract opportunity spans now through June, working alongside dedicated educators to support young learners in both public and community partner preschool and kindergarten settings. Your expertise will support an ASD program catering to children ages 3 to 6, providing meaningful behavioral analysis and fostering student growth every day. The districts commitment to holistic development ensures each childand each professionalis surrounded by resources and encouragement.
What youll bring:
- Active Massachusetts BCBA license
- Experience supporting preschool and/or elementary-aged children, especially those on the autism spectrum
- Background in educational or clinical settings (public or private), ideally within school or ASD programs
- Collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, classroom staff, and families
- Compassionate, patient, and innovative approach to behavioral strategies and interventions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities in dynamic classroom environments
What to expect:
- Schedule: MondayFriday, approx. 7:45 AM 3:30 PM, 35 hours per week
- Case management and behavior support for ages 36 in ASD-inclusive classrooms
- Direct observation, development of behavior intervention plans, and progress monitoring
- Consultation and training for educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Contribution to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
