Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral services highly valued
- Strong communication skills and the ability to consult with educators and families
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must complete fingerprinting and meet credentialing requirements prior to start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a district-based BCBA, providing behavioral consultation, functional assessments, and intervention planning across multiple schools as referrals arise
- Collaborate with the Vanderbilt Triad program for monthly consults, utilizing their support for data-driven insights and best practices
- Participate in a detailed Help Desk process, ensuring manageable caseloads and access to real-time resources to prevent overload
- Engage with educators, families, and school teams to support plan implementation and monitor progress
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and handle sensitive information with professionalism
