Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in educational settings while utilizing your expertise in behavior analysis. In this contract role, you'll be supporting a single school, providing essential BCBA services directly onsite. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with RBTs and the behavioral team, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students experiencing behavioral challenges, and making data-driven recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to engage with a wide variety of student populations, playing a vital role in shaping and supporting IEP plans and working closely with the SPED team to foster student growth. In addition, youll supervise district staff to ensure the highest standards in behavioral interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA license for the state of Tennessee
- Experience supporting behavioral health initiatives within educational or pediatric settings
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and reporting skills
- Expertise working with IEPs and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and other team members
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to RBTs and behavioral staff onsite
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and student evaluations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
- Work with school personnel to design and monitor behavior support plans
- Oversee data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Offer supervision to district behavioral staff as required
