In this role, you'll team up with educators and families to develop impactful behavioral programs, fostering student growth in a collaborative school environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in designing and monitoring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with school staff, families, and other professionals
- Ability to supervise and train support staff in behavioral strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students using evidence-based methods to identify behavioral challenges and inform intervention plans
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing staff training and guidance on best practices in behavior management
- Collect and interpret behavioral data, utilizing insights to refine student plans
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, participating in IEP meetings and supporting overall student success
- Monitor progress, document results, and communicate improvements and needs to educators and families
