Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in designing and monitoring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with school staff, families, and other professionals
  • Ability to supervise and train support staff in behavioral strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students using evidence-based methods to identify behavioral challenges and inform intervention plans
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing staff training and guidance on best practices in behavior management
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data, utilizing insights to refine student plans
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, participating in IEP meetings and supporting overall student success
  • Monitor progress, document results, and communicate improvements and needs to educators and families
