As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, youll work on a contract basis, guiding and supporting both students and staff to achieve measurable progress and personal growth. With a manageable caseload of 18 students across three classrooms, youll be able to develop strong relationships and deliver tailored behavioral interventions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification in Maryland (MD BCBA required)
- Experience supporting students in a school or similar setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with teams and families
- Passion for evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
- Flexibility to respond to diverse student needs
In this full-time position, youll work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, supporting a range of ages in both individual and group settings. As part of a dedicated team, your responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and tracking student progress. Your day-to-day work will help foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for every student.
