Step into a rewarding role supporting both students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in an engaging school environment near Signal Mountain, TN. This contract position allows you to use your expertise to make a meaningful difference, delivering vital behavioral support onsite and collaborating with a dedicated team.
You'll focus on providing BCBA leadership to a robust team of Registered Behavior Technicians and other behavioral staff within a single school. Conduct student behavior assessments, participate in creating and refining IEP plans, and deliver ongoing supervision across the district. Your input will directly influence student success and foster positive outcomes for those with behavior-related challenges.
Choose the schedule that fits your lifefull-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (20 hours) per week. This opportunity runs for the entire 2024-2025 school year, offering consistency for you and the school community youll serve.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA license issued by the state of Tennessee
- Strong background in school-based BCBA services and behavioral assessment
- Experience collaborating with RBTs, SPED teams, and diverse student populations
- Ability to craft and support effective IEP and behavior intervention strategies
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
- Mentor, supervise, and provide ongoing support to the behavioral team
- Collaborate closely with the SPED department and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support the implementation and review of behavioral strategies district-wide
