Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience providing behavioral services in educational environments preferred
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Familiarity with functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data to inform intervention strategies
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Train and support school personnel on behavioral interventions and data collection procedures
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, ensuring fidelity of plan implementation
- Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to advocate for student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
