Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working in educational settings, particularly with children and adolescents
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with faculty, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability to support a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and regularly track progress data
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support positive behavioral changes
• Provide ongoing training and consultation for staff on ABA principles and strategies
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings, contributing valuable insights as part of the student support team
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and professional standards
