Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification
- Proven experience providing behavioral analysis services in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop behavior intervention plans and train staff on their implementation
- Dedication to ethical, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Work directly with students, educators, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Train teachers, aides, and families in effective behavioral strategies and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
