Key Qualifications:
- Valid NY ABA, RBT or BCBA credentials
- Experience supporting school-aged children preferred
- Commitment to onsite, in-person care
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy to a single 5th grade student
- Collect accurate behavioral data and update documentation
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Adjust interventions based on student progress and team feedback
