Job Description

Work closely with a single 5th grade student, making a meaningful difference while benefiting from a consistent part-time schedule of about 10 hours per week, all onsite.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Active New York credentials as a BCBA, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational settings
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessments and intervention planning
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to a 5th grade student in accordance with established IEP/behavioral goals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform adjustments to intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with the educational team and parents, contributing valuable insight for the students success
  • Provide ongoing support, feedback, and training to staff and caregivers as appropriate
