Job Description

In this contract role, you'll bring your expertise in applied behavior analysis to a supportive educational environment. Collaborate onsite with school staff, use proven ABA strategies, and make a measurable impactall while working approximately 10 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current New York state credentials as an ABA, RBT, or BCBA
  • Experience implementing ABA interventions in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Skilled in observing, assessing, and documenting behavioral progress
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to a 5th grade student in the school setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing strategies
  • Work closely with teachers and related service providers to ensure consistency and progress toward student goals
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school teams to report on progress and collaborate on next steps
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation and credentialing requirements
