Key Qualifications:

  • Valid NY credentials as BCBA, RBT, or ABA Therapist
  • Background in applied behavior analysis within educational settings
  • Experience designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
  • Compassion and patience for working one-on-one with students
  • Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (10 hours per week)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and support to a designated 5th-grade student
