Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Schools-based BCBA experience preferred
• Must hold current IDFPR licensure (PEL not required)
• Strong analytical, observational, and communication abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based behavioral interventions

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide training and support to school personnel regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to track student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive, inclusive learning environments
