Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Schools-based BCBA experience preferred
- Must hold current IDFPR licensure (PEL not required)
- Strong analytical, observational, and communication abilities
- Dedication to evidence-based behavioral interventions
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans for students
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide training and support to school personnel regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to track student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive, inclusive learning environments
