Job Description

This contract opportunity is ideal for ABA Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about fostering student growth. Youll work directly onsite, providing vital behavioral support for a 5th-grade student in a collaborative, educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active NY licensure or certification as an ABA Therapist, RBT, or BCBA
  • Experience providing ABA services or behavioral support, particularly in school settings, preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educational staff and families
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and interventions to a single elementary student
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment planning
  • Collaborate with teachers and support teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
  • Adjust strategies based on student progress and data
  • Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and communications
  • Support social, emotional, and academic growth through positive behavior support
