This part-time, onsite contract opportunity in the Saratoga Springs area allows you to apply your expertise as a BCBA, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school setting. Qualifications:

  • Active NY state certification as BCBA, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a behavioral or therapeutic capacity
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and principles of ABA
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with school staff and families
  • Ability to work onsite in a school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral support and interventions to a single 5th-grade student
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention strategies tailored to the students needs
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust approaches as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent application of behavioral plans
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and program modifications
