In this rewarding part-time position (10 hours per week), youll work one-on-one with a 5th grade student, helping them achieve their goals and thrive in the classroom environment. Youll collaborate closely with educational staff, tailoring behavioral interventions and support plans that maximize academic and social success.

Qualifications:

  • Active New York state credentials: ABA, RBT, or BCBA
  • Proven experience delivering ABA therapy within educational or pediatric settings
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support and intervention to a 5th grade student
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing intervention strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to educators and families
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory standards
  • Adapt and refine strategies based on student progress and team input
