Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with national credentials
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavioral analysis and intervention
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments for students across various grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and consultative support to teachers, aides, and families
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support inclusive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
