Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with national credentials
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavioral analysis and intervention
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and consultative support to teachers, aides, and families
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
