Job Description

A school in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across Kindergarten through 12th grade. This contracted position offers 37.5 hours per week and requires national certification as a BCBA.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current National Certification for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school staff and families

Location:

  • Monrovia, California

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide training and support to teachers and support staff regarding behavior strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
