Job Description
A full-time BCBA position is available for a contracted role serving multiple schools located in Santa Ana, CA. This opportunity starts immediately and runs through June 10th, 2025, offering 8.5-hour workdays with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Candidates will work directly with students in a school environment, supporting behavior analysis interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and data collection for assigned caseload
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior support implementation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in virtual interviews and internal onboarding processes as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a valid BCBA license in California
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and deliver evidence-based behavior interventions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with school personnel and team members
- Reliable and able to commit full-time hours throughout the contract period
