- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings
- Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of relevant laws and best practices for supporting students with behavioral needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student behaviors using evidence-based methodologies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to deliver training and resources
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions and support student progress
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on behavioral goals and supports
