Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Model, coach, and support staff with implementation of behavior plans and positive reinforcement systems.

- Lead professional development sessions for school personnel on behavioral supports.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
