Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Valid California license authorizing BCBA practice in school settings
  • Previous experience in educational, pediatric, or behavioral health environments
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative work style
  • Ability to manage caseloads flexibly and adapt to shifting needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student behavioral and educational needs and develop effective behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support and consultation to school staff, students, and families
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate student progress to ensure positive behavioral outcomes
  • Train and support school personnel in implementing individualized behavior management strategies
