Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Proven experience working with school-aged children
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to develop, supervise, and adjust individual behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Capable of conducting assessments, analyzing data, and preparing progress reports

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and create targeted intervention plans
• Provide direct services for students as outlined by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer consultation, training, and support to school staff and families
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals
• Monitor program effectiveness, make data-driven adjustments, and document all interventions
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert input on behavior management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations within the school setting
