A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Salisbury, MD. This role involves working directly with students to design and implement behavior intervention plans that support positive educational and developmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective behavior strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve goals.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior analysis techniques.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required.
