Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12
• Deep understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven intervention planning
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to train and consult with teachers, staff, and caregivers
• Capable of managing a diverse caseload and prioritizing needs in a fast-paced educational setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document progress, conduct meetings, and advocate for students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social-emotional development
• Provide ongoing staff training and consultation on behavior support strategies and data collection methods
• Monitor student progress, gather and analyze relevant data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP or other team meetings to ensure behavior goals are integrated into each students educational program
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation as necessary, maintaining a safe and supportive learning atmosphere
