Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in school or pediatric settings
- Skill in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and consultation abilities for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional growth
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student behavioral needs
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to teachers and school staff on ABA strategies
- Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary
- Engage with families to share progress, address concerns, and promote consistency between home and school
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student-centered planning
- Deliver crisis intervention support as needed in accordance with best practices
