Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting required
- Strong background supporting elementary-aged children
- Proven ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide guidance to a team of two RBTs within the district
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Conduct direct behavior intervention sessions as needed
- Track, document, and report student progress and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Ensure data-driven decision-making and maintain compliance with applicable ethical and policy standards
