Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing in-person support to students with Autism in a school setting in Salem, NH. The role is contract-based, with a weekly commitment of 30 to 32.5 hours, and is available immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to students with Autism.
  • Implement Discrete Trial Training (DTT) throughout the school day to support skill development.
  • Provide real-time behavioral support and interventions to address moment-to-moment needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff to create and modify behavior plans based on student progress.
  • Monitor and document student behavior and progress in alignment with established protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience working with students diagnosed with Autism in educational settings.
  • Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, including Discrete Trial Training.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to deliver services in-person and adapt strategies to individual student needs.

Location: Salem, New Hampshire
