Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
• Ability to manage a flexible, floating caseload across multiple schools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments for students of varying ages
• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff (including supervision of support staff such as Paras, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs as assigned)
• Provide detailed documentation, progress monitoring, and data-driven recommendations
• Serve in a flexible, floating capacity to meet needs across several school sites
