Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting near White Bear Township, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with educators and related service providers while making a meaningful impact on student success.

Position Details:

  • Full-time opportunity
  • School-based setting
  • MondayFriday schedule during school hours
  • Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Provide consultation, training, and support to staff
  • Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minnesota licensure/credentialing as required
  • School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates with other relevant experience are encouraged to apply
