Exciting contract opportunity available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic school environment near Saint Paul, MN. Youll have a unique role as a float, supporting a variety of age groups throughout multiple school sites. Flexible scheduling may be available for those seeking either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time arrangements through June 2026.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and appropriate state licensure
• Previous experience in schools or educational settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with paraeducators, RBTs, CNAs, LPNs, and other staff
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability to float between sites and adjust to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to school teams and caregivers
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as needed
• Offer guidance and supervision for classroom support staff as applicable
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
