Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a specialized educational environment located in the greater Saint Paul, MN area. Two Board Certified Behavior Analysts are needed to provide expertise across multiple classrooms, with a focus on serving students with significant behavioral and physical disabilities. This assignment begins September 8, 2026, and extends through June 10, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week.
Your knowledge and skills will be instrumental as you work within one educational site, collaborating with faculty and staff in dedicated learning centers. The role involves direct involvement with 35-40 students, including those in setting 4students who require a higher level of support due to severe challenges.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and paperwork related to behavior services
- Solid background in providing staff debriefings and training
- Familiarity supporting students with severe behavioral and physical needs is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the behavior support needs in multiple classrooms within a single school site
- Serve a diverse caseload of 35-40 students, including those receiving intensive behavioral interventions
- Conduct FBAs, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and lead in data collection
- Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and other support staff for optimal student outcomes
- Provide debriefings, staff training, and timely completion of required documentation
