Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Demonstrated experience designing and administering individualized behavior intervention plans in school settings
- Strong data analysis and assessment skills
- Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Proactive, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to supporting diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and skill-based assessments for students referred for support
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school staff to carry out interventions and data collection with fidelity
- Consult regularly with teachers and families, providing resources and guidance to promote student success
- Analyze data to track progress, modify techniques as needed, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Ensure all practices align with ethical and legal standards in educational settings
