Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings
- Deep knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Coach and provide professional development to school staff on ABA methodologies
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to deliver comprehensive, student-centered support
- Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to track progress and inform intervention adjustments
- Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold ethical standards in all practices
