Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Proactive, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to supporting diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and skill-based assessments for students referred for support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff to carry out interventions and data collection with fidelity
  • Consult regularly with teachers and families, providing resources and guidance to promote student success
  • Analyze data to track progress, modify techniques as needed, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
